eth_getTransactionByBlockNumberAndIndex

Returns information about a transaction by block number and transaction index position.

Parameters

• BLOCK-NUMBER [required] a hexadecimal block number, or the string latest, earliest or pending, See the default block parameter.

• TRANSACTION-INDEX [required] a hex of the integer representing the position in the block.
